The International Summer School on Banking & Capital Markets Law consists of a five-day programme. The first day will take place at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and then the participants will move to Villa Vigoni at Lake Como where they will spend the following days in a relaxed and constructive atmosphere.

Opening Conference on Corporate Governance of Financial Institutions.

The first day will take place at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan with some high-level speakers from the financial sector: senior academics, representatives from EU and national supervisory authorities, the European Commission and practitioners in the field.

19th-23th July Villa Vigoni, Menaggio (Como)

Participants will present their research projects which will be followed by a debate addressed by senior academic discussants. Moreover, they will attend lectures given by senior academics, policy-makers and practitioners who will conduct interactive workshops on the most recent topics of banking and financial law, including:
