The verification of Certificates and Self-certifications provided with a protocol/identification number (ID) differs according to the campus where the student's career has been managed.

The portal for online verification of the veracity of Certificates and Self-certifications provided with a protocol/identification number (ID) received by students and/or graduates of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore is available to Public Administrations, Companies, Professional Associations and other Bodies.

Please note that it is possible to verify Certificates with digital signatures by scanning the QR Code on the document itself.

Registration on the portal is a compulsory step in order to proceed with the verification of the documentation. In order to complete the online registration procedure, it is necessary for the institution to be registered and for a personal user account to be activated, for which a valid identity document in JPEG or PDF format is required.

Once you have obtained your username and password, simply access the "Certificate and self-certification verification" portal and enter the student's ID number and the protocol/ID number of the document to be verified in the spaces provided; without this information, verification will not be possible. Only data in the University's registers and databases can be verified using this method.

Rome Campus Faculty of Medicine and Surgery

For the verification of Certificates and Self-certifications provided with a protocol/identification number (ID), it is necessary to send a request via certified e-mail: areadidattica.carriera-rm@pec.ucsc.it.

Please attach a copy of the document to be verified together with the following information:

• clear and complete description of the subject of your request;
• surname and first name, title and signature of the applicant;
• name of the Body and office from which the request originates;
• email address to which the reply should be sent.

Only requests that are complete with the information listed will be processed. The request will be processed within 30 days of its receipt.
